Jirai-kei means so much to me! When I used to dress in Fairy-kei, I felt like I didn't belong, or that I was an imposter. I really struggled to make friends and was suffering mentally at the time. Jirai-kei was something that popped up on my radar during this time as it started to get more popular in the western community and it immediately clicked. Since joining the community I've gotten to make so many sweet friends in the community that have really changed my life, including a new best friend!
I absolutely love psychological horror and anything pretending to be cute. Yami-kawaii and Gurokawa are two aesthetics that appeal a lot to me! I eat up nostalgia-slop from the 2000s, I'm sure I'll be even more insufferable in ten years time.
